SIR THOMAS ELMHIRST said that satisfactory progress was also being made from the Air Ministry point of view, and that individual cases were being considered by the Establishments and Finance Departments, and when approved, submitted to the Treasury. He agreed with the suggestion by the Director of Military Intelligence. THE SUB-COMMITTEE :(a) Invited Mr. Hayter to represent their views to Sir Edward Bridges for any assistance he might be so good as to give in obtaining Treasury approval to the proposed establishment of Service Attaches abroad.
