In discussion, it was suggested that a report be submitted to the Chiefs of Staff, recommending them to circulate to those concerned in the setting of high level exercises, a request to reduce demands for Intelligence material to a minimum, particularly at the present time, when so many establishments were re-organising. For this purpose, it was suggested that the Joint Air Photographic Intelligence Board and the Joint Intelligence Bureau might supply the Secretary with details of recent demands for Intelligence material for exercises in order that they may be included in the report to the Chiefs of Staff.
