2. ATTENDANCE OF OFFICERS FROM THE INDIAN ARMED FORCES AT SERVICE STAFF COLLEGES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM COLONEL QUILL reminded the Sub-Committee of the Chiefs of Staff decision z that India should remain in category 'A' for the disclosure of information, but that generally only such Top Secret and Secret information as was necessary for her immediate military needs should be sent to her. In this connection, the Admiralty sought a decision regarding the attendance of Royal Indian Navy Officers to the Naval Staff College, since such Officers might thereby have access to information which normally would not be passed to India.
