RELEASE OF INFORMATION FROM CAPTURED DOCUMENTS THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Minute* by the Secretary, covering a Minute by the Director of Naval Intelligence, requesting the Sub-Committee to consider the formulation of an agreed policy to govern the disclosure of information from captured German documents, archives and interrogations, in view of the changed circumstances since the issue of the Cabinet directiveø, and the ruling of the Chiefs of Staffas recommended by the Sub-Committee≠.
