ORGANISATION OF RUSSIAN INTELLIGENCE THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Minute* by the Secretary, bringing to the notice of the Sub-Committee the fact that no up-to-date report was in existence on the present organisation of the Russian Intelligence Services and suggesting that a report of this nature would be of value, particularly to the London Controlling Section.
