2. CAPTURED GERMAN DOCUMENT THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a minute+ by the Secretary covering a minute by the Assistant chief of the Air Staff (Intelligence) in which he stated that he had in his possession a certain captured German document, written by a captured Russian officer, on suggestions for political warfare against the Russians, and containing plans and a map for military action in support of this policy. AIR COMMODORE VINTRAS produced the documents in question and asked for guidance regarding their disposal.
