1946

LIEUT.-COLONEL FURNIVAL JONES said that whereas he understood that the British Joint Communications Board/W/T Board's Sub-Committee had in fact been formally established, it had not yet met, nor had the Security Service been invited to appoint a representative. The matters of signal security referred to in the minute by the Security Service were important, and he, therefore, suggested that the British Joint Communications Board should be approached by the Sub-Committee to convene a meeting, which the Security Service should be invited to attend.
