SIR STEWART MENZIES said that he had considered the points raised by Major-General Templer but considered that at the present stage it would be better to complete the planning for countries covered by the present directive. He would, however, bear the point in mind and raise it at an appropriate time. THE SUB-COMMITTEE:(a) Instructed the Secretary to arrange for a latter to be despetched as suggested at 'X' above.
