of the fact that Sweden was placed at present in category C, some difficulty was experienced concerning such courses. REAR ADMIRAL RUSHBROOKE said that when the Sub-Committee's previous reportø had been considered by the Deputy Chiefs of Staff Committee, the Foreign Office had not supported the recommendations contained in that report. There would be little use in submitting another report unless the Sub-Committee were confident that the Foreign Office would support such a report. MR. CACCIA said that he understood that the Foreign Office would now support the recommendations of the Sub-Committee in this matter.
