INTELLIGENCE INTERESTS OF COMMANDS OVERSEAS THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a minuteø by the Secretary, covering a memorandum by the Director of Military Intelligence, concerning a telegram+ from C.M.F., asking for clarification of a recent Chiefs of Staff ruling* about the spheres of interest of C.-in-C., C.M.F., in so far as it affected intelligence.
