REPORT ON DOCUMENTS PANEL THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a minute+ by the Secretary covering a report by the Chairman of the Documents Panel on the work of the Panel October December, 1945, together with his covering minute. This report was written at the invitation of the Chairman of the Sub-Committee. MR. CACCIA said that he had shown this report to Mr Hilary Jenkinson, the Public Records Office representative on the Documents Panel, who was preparing a memorandum to the SubCommittee in the light of certain criticisms he had concerning the working of the Panel.
