1. MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS FOR POST-WAR INTELLIGENCE ORGANISATION (Previous Reference: J.I.C.(45) 69th Mtg. (0) Item 1) At their previous meeting THE SUB-COMMITTEE had invited the Deputy Directors of Intelligence to complete the Annex to J.I.C.(45) 293 (Draft), embodying the estimated figures for manpower required to staff post-war intelligence organisations. The Service representatives on the Sub-Committee produced amendments and additions to the Annex. After discussion, THE SUB-COMMITTEE:Approved the report as amended in discussion and instructed the Secretary to forward it to the Chiefs of Staff.
