3. TECHNICAL INTELLIGENCE FROM S.E.A.C. THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a minute by the Secretary (J.I.C. /1379/45 dated 26th September, 1945) covering a minute from Air Commodore Vintras, agreeing with the proposal by the British Army Staff in Washington (J.I.C./1360/45 dated 22nd September, 1945) to concur in the American suggestion that British demands for equipment required for technical intelligence from S.E.A.C. theatre should be made direct to S.A.C.S.E.A., providing this did not affect the present agreement, whereby the British received the second specimen of such equipment found in American theatres.
