(iii) Instructed the Secretary to send a telegram to the Joint Staff Mission, Washington, repeating the request and asking that the U.S. Joint Intelligence Committee should be invited to help provide the information required, which should be passed direct to S.E.A.C. (iv) Instructed the Secretary to pass the request to the Control Commission (British Element), asking for their help. (v) Instructed the Secretary to reply to the telegram saying that the request had been noted and that it had been repeated to Washington.
