"X" 3. JAPANESE MANPOWER (Previous Ref. J.I.C.(45) 29th Meeting (0), Item 3) THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Minute by the Secretary (J.I.C./1031/45 dated 24th July, 1945) covering a report on Japanese Manpower by Professor Dennison's Ad Hoc Committee, American comments on it and a note by Professor Dennison outlining the differences between his Committee's views and those of the Americans. The Minute suggested that the representative from S.E.A.C. at the next Anglo-American Order of Battle Conference should be provided with a copy of the Report.
