(ii) Invited the Service Ministries to examine what types of interrogation it was preferable should be carried out in this country rather than on the Continent. (iii) Invited the Service Ministries, where necessary, to arrange that the British authorities on the Continent, of the corresponding service, did not send over prisoners-of-war for interrogation without previous sanction, in order that the numbers arriving might be controlled. 3.
