CROSSBOW INTELLIGENCE THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Minute by the Secretary (J.I.C./658/45 dated 16th May, 1945) covering a minute by the Director of Military Intelligence suggesting a procedure for the handling of CROSSBOW intelligence. After discussion, THE SUB-COMMITTEE:Agreed that the War Office should, at a time to be agreed later, assume responsibility for intelligence on the organisation behind the V.2, and that the study of rockets themselves would forthwith be undertaken by all three Service Ministries.
