3. DESPATCH OF INTELLIGENCE MATERIAL FROM WASHINGTON TO S.E.A.C. THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a minute by the secretary (J.I.C./481/45) covering a telegram from J.S.M. Washington (FENDER 147 dated 11th April, 1945) replying to OZ 2215, and pointing out that some of the reported facts upon which the Director of Intelligence S.E.A.C. had based his complaint about delay in passing collated intelligence from Washington to S.E.A.C. were inaccurate. THE SUB-COMMITTEE:Instructed the Secretary to repeat telegrams OZ.
