Referring to paragraph 6(b), BRIGADIER PEAKE said that complete lists covering all documents received by departments in the past could not be furnished, but that it was hoped that the Registry would receive such lists of this kind as could be made available. THE SUB-COMMITTEE:(i) Approved the report and instructed the Secretary to submit it to the Directors of Intelligence at their next meeting, with the omission of the Appendices, and pointing out that:(a) Unless American agreement to co-operate was obtained, the necessary changes in the report would have to be made, so that it would be suitable for issue to British Authorities only.
