THE SUB-COMMITTEE:(i) Invited Sub-Committee No.1., in the light of the discussion, to prepare the necessary documents in time for consideration by the Deputy Directors at their meeting on the following Friday, co-opting Mr. Vyvyan of the Foreign Office for this purpose. (ii) Took note that S.H.A.E.F. would automatically receive a copy of the documents when these had been submitted to the British representative on E.A.C. (iii) Took note that the list of exempted documents, which Service Ministries had been invited to prepare, had been received from the Air Ministry and circulated; and that those from the Admiralty and War Office would be ready shortly.
