ALLOCATION OF PERSONNEL WITH SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS TO CIVIL AFFAIRS, BURMA THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a minute by the Secretary (J.I.C./192/45 dated 14th February, 1945) covering a memorandum by Sir Theodore Adams showing the progress of distribution of personnel by the Working Committee, Kandy, and requesting that arrangements be made for immediate release of three specially qualified officers, and for the release, subject to their being approved, of twenty-live other officers, for Civil Affairs, Burma.
