4. INTELLIGENCE PICTURE OF BOMBING OF GERMANY The Director of Military Intelligence said that he thought that the Sub-Committee ought to report on the broad intelligence picture of the bombing of Germany. The SubCommittee were responsible for reporting to the Chiefs of Staff on the enemy situation and were the only Intelligence body who saw this situation as a whole. After discussion, THE SUB-COMMITTEE:Agreed generally with the Director of Military Intelligence and invited him to prepare a memorandum on the subject, with a view to submission of a report to the Chiefs of Staff.
