1. STAFF REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INTER-SERVICES TOPOGRAPHICAL DEPARTMENT OF SOUTH EAST ASIA COMMAND The Sub-Committee had before them a Minute by the Secretary (JIC/4/45) dated 1st January 1945 covering a telegram SAC 12771) from the Director of Intelligence, South East Asia Command, pointing out that shortage of staff in the InterServices Topographical Department of S.E.A.C. was still very seriously hampering production. CAPTAIN CAMPBELL said the Admiralty had done its best to provide S.E.A.C. with the personnel they required.
