THE SUB-COMMITTEE:(i) Invited the Air Ministry to telegraph to Wing Commander Verity, pointing out that it was now understood that the situation had changed in that the Washington Group was, after all, ready to receive material, and that, therefore, we proposed to go ahead with the work of the London Group; and to suggest that Wing Commander Verity should ask Colonel Cook of the British Army Staff to discuss the situation, referred to at X above, with General Bissell and find out to what extent G.2.
