1. PRIORITIES GUIDANCE TO S.H.A.E.F. REGARDING CAPTURED DOCUMENT ON GERMANY. The Sub-Committee had before them a Minute by the Secretary (J.I.C./1479/44 dated 7th November, 1944) covering a memorandum by the Director of Military Intelligence suggesting that the Sub-Committee should issue a statement of priorities in order to assist S.H.A.E.F. in deciding the importance of documents captured in Germany. AIR COMMODORE GRANT said that the Air Ministry were quite satisfied with the existing arrangements within S.H.A.E.F.
