LONDON JOINT TARGET GROUP THE SUB-COMMITTEE, at its 52nd Meeting held on the 6th October, 1944, had agreed that a London Joint Target Group for the Far Eastern War should be established and that progress should be reviewed at the present meeting. The composition and functions were given in the Annex to the Minutes of the 52nd meeting. GROUP CAPTAIN JONAS said that it was proposed that Mr. R. McEwen should be the Chairman of the Group. It was also proposed that the Group should meet each morning, in accommodation which would be provided by the Ministry of Economic Warfare.
