THE SUB-COMMITTEE took note of Colonel Vickers' statement and agreed:That officers selected for the Combined Services Japanese Section should be suitably instructed, and then fully briefed by the Enemy Branch before taking up their duties. 4. WEEKLY BALKAN REVIEW BY A.F.H.Q. THE CHAIRMAN referred to a telegram+ from A.F.H.Q. asking for comments on the form and content of the review as at present proposed. He said he valued these weekly reviews as they ensured that A.F.H.Q. and London were viewing events in the some light, and he suggested that the Secretary should telegraph to A.F.H.Q.
