24th September to visit Washington and discuss co-ordination of Far East Intelligence with the American authorities. (v) Invited Brigadier Allen to act as Chairman for the Sub-Committee on Counter-Intelligence and Censorship which would meet on Tuesday morning, 12th September, at 10 a.m.; and to provide his own secretary. (vi) Agreed that the meetings should be held in the J.P. Conference Room, subject to the agreement of the Directors of Plans. (vii) Took note that the main meetings of the Sigint Conference would be unlikely to occupy more than two afternoons.
