THIS SUB-COMMITTEE:Approved the draft telegram and instructed the Secretary to arrange for its despatch+. 5. PHOTOGRAPHIC INTELLIGENCE IN THE WESTERN MEDITERRANEAN (Previous Reference: J.I.C. (43) 62nd Meeting (0), dated 7th December, 1943.) THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Minute by the Secretary (J.I.C./1042/44 dated 27th July, 1944) covering correspondence on the above subject, and a draft telegram to the Governor and Commander-in-Chief, Gibraltar, asking for his agreement to a proposal to withdraw the photographic reconnaissance flight from Gibraltar, subject to certain other facilities for photographic reconnaissance being provided.
