THE CHAIRMAN suggested that items in this category which required a higher priority could be given it by the Ministries, who made up the lists in the first instance. Reference was then made to the fact that any information etc., normally in the grey and white lists, which it was considered important to obtain from the occupied countries, would have to be included in the black lists, as the Economic and Industrial Planning Staff, who would deal with the grey and white lists, were only responsible for Germany.
