After discussion, THE SUB-COMMITTEE:Agreed that they would meet in future to discuss all reports of major importance. The discussions would be concerned not with detailed questions of presentation, but with the major issues with which the papers dealt. On the question of the stage of drafting at which the meeting would be of most value they would be guided by the advice of the Joint Intelligence Staff in each case.
