THE USE OF DIPLOMATIC CARRIERS INTO OR OUT OF SWITZERLAND THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a minute by the Secretary (J.I.C./478/44, dated 27th March, 1944), covering a note by Colonel Vickers, suggesting that the Ministry of Economic Warfare should be responsible for organising the carriage of all material, involving the use of diplomatic carriers, in and out of Switzerland.
