THE SUB-COMMITTEE :(i) Agreed that requests for the entry of embodied French personnel should, in principle, be held up indefinitely without actually being refused, except in the case of the parties referred to at "X" above and of individuals specially required. (ii) Agreed that embodied French personnel who left France after 11th November 1942 should be examined by the L.R.C. on arrival in this country. (iii) Recommended that embodied French airmen and other aliens destined for Canada should proceed there without passing through the United Kingdom.
