3. LEAKAGES OF INFORMATION THROUGH NEUTRAL DIPLOMATIC OFFICIALS. THE SUB-COMMITTEE had considered this question at their 58th Meeting on 13th November 1943, and made certain recommendations. The Security Service had now obtained further information. It appeared in particular that serious leakage of information was taking place through the Swedish Air Attaché to his own Government, and that he had been obtaining some of his information from the Bristol Aeroplane Company and from one of the Air Force Attachés at the U.S.
