THE SUB-COMMITTEE:Invited the Ministry of Economic Warfare and the Admiralty to provide the Secretary with material which, together with that already provided by the War Office and the Air Ministry, would enable him to draft the proposed Memorandum. 3. BOMBING POLICY. (Previous Reference: J.I.C.(42) 42nd Meeting. Item 3). THE SUB-COMMITTEE were reminded that at their 42nd Meeting held on the 28th August, 1942, they had agreed to defer consideration of a proposal for a further study of the results of our bombing policy until their first meeting in November, 1942.
