THE SUB-COMMITTEE were reminded that they had agreed at their (42) 46th Meeting to forward a Memorandum, which had been submitted by the Technical Sub-Committee on Axis Oil (J.I.C.(42) 352), to the Chiefs of Staff Committee for their consideration.
