After discussion, THE SUB-COMMITTEE:Instructed the Secretary to write to the Chief of Combined Operations in the terms of the Memorandum by the Assistant Chief of the Air Staff (Intelligence) referred to at (a) above and draw his attention specifically to paragraphs 1 and 4 of the Charter of the Inter-Services Security Board, which laid upon that Board the responsibility for the co-ordination of measures for preventing leakage of information to the enemy in connection with combined operations.
