THE MEETING had before them a Note by the Secretary (J.I.C.(42) 253) in which they were informed that the Chiefs of Staff had instructed the Joint Intelligence SubCommittee to secure agreement upon definitions of the security categories of official documents with a view to extending the agreement to the Americans.
