THE SUB-COMMITTEE:(i) Agreed in discussion to Colonel Vickers' proposals as set out above: (ii) Invited the Chairman to address a letter to Lord Bearsted, inviting him to undertake the suggested task: 3. INFORMATION FOR THE MIDDLE EAST INTELLIGENCE CENTRE ON VICHYNPOLICY. THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Minute by the Secretary dated 16th May, 1942, circulated personally to the members of the Sub-Committee, covering a Note, M.O.M.E.I.C./1/ 26 of May, 1942, from the Middle East Intelligence Centre.
