(b) Agreed to seek the agreement of the Joint Planning staff to the draft referred to in (a) above, when approved, with a view to the Memorandum being forwarded to the Chiefs of staff over the signatures of the members of both bodies. 3. COLLECTION OF WIRELESS INFORMATION FROM JAPAN. THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Minute dated 21st March, 1942, from Colonel Vickers, circulated personally to the members of the Sub-Committee. THE CHAIRMAN informed the Sub-Committee that the Japan Committee of the Political Warfare Executive were today considering the question of monitoring broadcasts from the Far East.
