this Minute attention was drawn to a recent breakdown which had occurred in co-operation on security matters between the Inter-Services Security Board on the one hand and the Combined Operations Headquarters on the other. THE SUB-COMMITTEE:Instructed the Inter-Services Security Board to report on this matter before the next meeting of the Sub-Committee. 4. JAPANESE OIL. COLONEL VICKERS informed the Sub-Committee that it had been pointed out to him that the statements contained in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of the Sub-Committee's Reportx on Japanese oil were misleading.
