3. COLLABORATION BETWEEN I.S.T.D. AND U.S. MILITARY AND NAVAL AUTHORITIES. THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Minute by the Secretary dated 18th July, 1942, covering a Memorandum on the above subject prepared in the Admiralty. This Memorandum explained the steps which were being taken to explore the possibility of collaboration with America on subjects dealt with by the Inter-Services Topographical Department and the concurrence of the sub-committee was requested to the following:(a) To supply General Eisenhower and Admiral Stark with copies of all I.S.I.S.
