1. CHANNEL FOR REQUESTS FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF INTELLIGENCE. THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a Minute, No.C/9748 dated 13th June, 1942, by Brigadier Menzies, in which he suggested that a different channel should be adopted for the supply of certain intelligence for Home Forces and C.C.O.'s Office. THE SUB-COMMITTEE:(a) Approved the suggestions contained in Brigadier Menzies' Minute: (b) Invited Colonel Beddington to provide the Secretary with an amendment to J.I.C.(42) 173, to cover the change of procedure.
