(ii) Invited the Chairman to circulate to the members of the Sub-Committee a draft telegram to Sir Horace Seymour inviting his opinion on the proposal. 3. ECONOMIC SECTION OF MIDDLE EAST INTELLIGENCE CENTRE. THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a telegramx from the Commander-in-Chief, Middle East, to the War Office stating that it was proposed to form a new Section in the Middle East Intelligence Centre for the collection and collation of economic information, and asking that information relating to Turkey, Hungary, the Balkans and North Africa received by the Ministry of Economic Warfare in London should be passed to the Middle East Intelligence Centre direct.
