THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a circular Minute by the Secretary dated 1st March, 1942, covering a Minute by the Director of Naval Intelligence, No. P.524 dated 25th February, and a Minute by Brigadier Menzies, No. C./8843, dated 26th February, giving their respective views on the reply to be sent to the communication on the above subject recently received from the Norwegian Minister in London.
