4. OPERATIONAL SECURITY CONTACT WITH THE UNITED STATES. THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a note by the Secretary (J.I.C.(41)483(O)) dated 20th December, 1941, covering a memorandum by the Inter-Services Security Board. In view of the conclusions of the Chiefs of Staff Committee recorded in Minute 2 above the SUB-COMMITTEE agreed :to take no action for the present on the recommendations of the Inter-Services Security Board contained in the above memorandum. 5.
