(b) agreed that the C.I.C. should be instructed to put forward their minimum requirements for aerial reconnaissance of invasion ports; (c) instructed the Secretary to convey their views, as stated in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) above, to the C.I.C. 4. DISTRIBUTION OF CX REPORTS DIRECT TO THE TOPOGRAPHICAL SECTION. Reference was made to a proposal by the Director of Naval Intelligence that copies of all CX reports containing topographical information should be sent direct to the Topographical Section at Oxford.
