(h) The various Ministries should provide the personnel for which they are responsible without delay, and the G.S.O.1. in charge should notify all concerned when his organisation is ready to function and receive intelligence. The new organization, subject to agreement by Headquarters, Home Forces, should be known forthwith as Intelligence Advanced Headquarters, Home Forces.
