that a daily summary of intelligence up to 12 noon with such subsequent "stop press" news as might be necessary should be prepared and circulated at the Meeting of the Military Co-ordination Committee. Originally, it had been decided that the other Departments would send all relevant information to the Director of Military Intelligence in order that such a summary might be prepared by the War Office. It had been suggested, however, that it was most desirable that the information to be included should be discussed at a meeting of representatives of the Intelligence Departments concerned before the summary was prepared.
