(40) 28) and to instruct the Secretary to submit it to the Chiefs of Staff Committee. 3. SECURITY FOR PLANS. MR. CAVENDISH-BENTINCK said that he had received information, which he had passed to the Security Board, that a considerable amount of discussion had been taking place in Paris as to the details of certain projected operations.
